The TESNIC wind turbine is a very efficient vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) for urban areas based on the same principles as the Tesla turbine. For more info visit us at www.tesnic.com

Wonderful idea. I don’t mind the look of the ‘windmill’ turbines, but this looks so much better. On your website you claim environmental friendliness, but what is it made from? Does it have magnetic(ally opposed) bearings?

@c0smicbyte. your car use energy to work and go on, if you place this turbine on your car, you will use more energy.

do you plan on selling this on the open market?

@ 565CustomzHanno a power max 10kW version of this VAWT. I would be the first one to buy that model of being able to house mine and to sell l' electric power in excess to the società electrical worker. YEAH!

When you state that it is based upon the same principles as the Tesla Turbine, do you mean like adhesion and viscosity?

very helpful- i also checked the patents for vawt industries design and another company which use blades to direct airflow , thanks for info

  9. horianica Says:

Why “guess”? Go see for yourself, PCT patents are published on the WIPO website.

    Exactly

like, ram-air turbine + photo-voltaic-car-body-skin combo, for example?

  14. etiennealive Says:

I’ve seen many of these on youtube and I think your one is beautifull ! very good design and shape.

  15. Dirtboy101 Says:

Do you think that you could have multiple systems operating that would go to one central engine. Perhaps it would make enough power to fuel the car entirely.

Draft of a center for our plans to explore itself.

I am wondering if this technology can be applied to electric vehicles. What if a turbine could be placed horizontally behind a car’s grill where the radiator used to sit? It will then start recharging the battery once the car starts moving making plugging-in less frequent.

Oh, I see the turines in means, make excuses myself (says with the red face)! Naturally I have thought the blades have been external of the turbine.
