I live in SF and am bombarded by the afternoon winds coming in off the coast and bringing in the fog. This is predictible and Plentiful! Fans on rooftops would add clutter, bird problems, height problems, and noise problems, and would not be as effective as several (3 or more) wind turbines connects to a grid. Is there anything in the market where you could daisy chain a group of them tegether and produce power? They are much less intrusive, and as they already exist on roofs, would not seem unordinary. Am I in outer space here?

this turbine was easily installed and is quite an eye catcher looks good up on the roof & hopefully it will do the job thank you
