February 28, 2007 UC Merced is developing concentrated solar energy techniques using nonimaging optics. Our first projects are nontracking solar collectors for high temperature (200 deg C), concentrating photovoltaic concentrators for use with high efficiency multi-junction cells and day-lighting with concentrated solar flux conveyed into buildings by liquid light pipes. The scientific background for these projects, as well as applications will be discussed.

Thanks for l' shipment of these information. Even if, it would be better if you were a teacher, rather than a university professor of this instruction of elementary base of energy and light. I have only understood 1/3rd of cià ² that it lies to inform during this presentation. He not è a teacher much informative one for its abilità of instruction and to obtain its main point in all all' listener.
