SilvaGas Biomass Gasification Process

YouTube Video - click post to watch
The SilvaGas process generates clean medium Btu gas through the gasification of biomass feedstock, including forestry, pulp and paper residue, agricultural byproducts, municipal solid waste and energy crops. Unlike existing technologies, the SilvaGas biomass gasification process produces gas that can be substituted directly for natural gas in most applications, including conventional gas turbines, advanced gas turbines and fuel cells. (though naturaly sollar panels work a lot better closer to the equator especialy in dessert areas)

still i wonder if you compare the area neede to grow renewable bio ,mass to keep up with energy production devided by the energy output…
how would that comprare with a similarly sized sollar farm….
i think we can logicaly discout the carbon absorbiton of that bio-mass plantation as it gets released on combustion and reabsorbed again making the total more ore less 0.

much more efficient, I don’t have exact numbers, but it burns the hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide that would be released into atmosphere. SO much cleaner + more energy output per unit of fuel.

It this technoligy is all it promises… it it really ethical to patent it?
if it is this good then it should be shared openly with the world or at least shared freely with the developing world..
also how does this compare with direct burning for energy generation in terms of effectivnes?
