5 Responses to “Automatic Load Securing System Trailer for Baled Biomass”
This system meets and has been tested to exceed federal load securement standards. The system is designed for short distance mulitipal load hauls daily. The main advantage to this system is the driver never leaves the cab of the truck and can secure or unstrap a load within 45 seconds from the drivers seat. Standard loads often take 15-30 minutes just to secure a load. This equates to twice as many bales hauled in a day on short distance hauls.
@drusselm This system is designed specifically to be used with a squeeze type loading system on both ends. Bales must be loaded crossways to qualify as a unitized secure load by federal laws. Using a squeeze type system often allows you to load truckloads as much as twice as fast as standard methods.
